What is specialty-grade coffee?
Coffee that scores 80> on the SCA scale (out of 100.) The beans have been grown in optimal conditions and have few defects.
Light Roast vs. Dark Roast
Dark roasts are less acidic than lighter roasts because they’re roasted at a higher temperature for longer. They are also described as deeper tasting and might have less complex flavor profiles than lighter roasts. You can always adjust your brew strength by changing your water ratio.
Our coffee is ethically sourced from regions worldwide and roasted in small batches. We strive to provide an exceptional coffee experience with every brew.
