All of our coffee beans are sourced from farms practicing sustainable farming methods. Our partner roaster (Temecula CR) supports 'World Coffee Research' and 'Trees for Education Program' in addition to committing to bringing more Fairtrade® Certified coffee to the market.

WHAT DOES QUALITY MEAN TO YOU?
Specialty-Grade Coffee
Coffee that scores 80> on the SCA scale (out of 100). These are beans grown in optimal conditions and are the creme of the crop.
Light Roast vs. Dark Roast
Dark roasts are slightly less acidic than lighter roasts because they’re roasted longer at a higher temperature. They are also described as "deeper" tasting and might have less noticeable "tasting notes" than lighter roasts because they're essentially being cooked out.
